     Title: The Davis Family Release New Recording

The Davis Family is happy to announce the release of our new CD, "Sweet Is the Water".  It was our privilege to be able to go to Nashville in October to record with Daywind Recording Studio. It was truly a wonderful experience for all of us, including our 8 and 9 year old grandkids.

We were met at the hotel each morning by the "get it done guy", Rick Schweinsberg, who took us to the studios and photo shoot.

The first studio we went to was Hilltop to record the tracks for three songs written by our Chuck Slankard.  It was absolutely amazing watching these talented musicians work!

That evening we began recording at Daywind with producers, Johnny Sansom and Melissa Brady.  We appreciated Melissa's creativity and especially how she worked with our kids.  Maddy was really happy when they told her that Miley Cyrus had recorded there, too.  She just KNEW that they used the same mic.

We felt God's blessing and favor throughout the entire experience and could not be more pleased.  We're already planning our trip back.
