The Mid-America Gospel Music Association (MAGMA) is an organization made up of groups and soloists who love gospel music. Our purpose is to promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ, create opportunities for fellowship among our members and provide an opportunity once a year for members to perform at our annual convention.

Membership is open to groups or soloists who meet the qualifications for membership and are approved by the MAGMA board of directors.  Once approved, a membership fee of $100 for groups and $50.00 for soloists is due annually to preserve membership. The annual fee will be invoiced upon approval of your membership and automatically each May thereafter.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP:
• Must have a professional quality, table ready recording project.
• Must maintain a regular performance schedule or regular affiliation in the gospel music industry/community.
• Must have a relationship with Jesus Christ as outlined in John, chapter 3.
• Must be of high moral character and personal reputation.
• Must maintain a standard of high quality vocal performance and musicianship.

***The board of directors reserves the right to review member qualifications at any time for compliance. If a member is found to be not in compliance they will be notified and given a reasonable amount of time to come into compliance. Failure to meet membership qualifications can result in withdrawal of membership and refund of membership fee.
