The Wanda Mountain Boys have announced the release of their latest recording, New Ship Sailin’. Produced by Bill Schell, this project features 10 new songs for the Roxanna, Illinois based trio.

This also marks the first project featuring their new lead singer, Gary O’Neal. Gary is a Gospel Music veteran having spent over 37 years singing with various groups across the Midwest. He also currently serves as president of the Mid America Gospel Music Association.

“I am so excited to have joined this great group. Claude Johnson and Rod Hannis have been singing together since 1958, having sung with the Gospel Four Quartet for many years. This project has been a long time in the making and we are excited about the material that has come our way”, stated O’Neal. “Bill Schell put in many hours to make this possible and it shows.”
